Since an early age, Don has been inflicted with “Creative A.D.D.,” which is the product ofa curious mind, a very active imagination, and a short attention span. He balks at reading operation or assembly instructions, when lost (often) he refuses to stop and ask directions, and he thinks moderation is for wimps. None the less, he enjoyed a successful career in manufacturing where he was able to put many of his ideas into practice. In addition to a wealth of manufacturing experience, Don has patents that include; specialty tools, manufacturing processes, assembly equipment, load management safety systems, public seating innovations, and a unique food heating and holding system. Over his career, Don used several of these innovative ideas as the foundation for new businesses or the basis for business expansion.

Don has held a variety of Management and Executive positions in major public corporations as well as private companies. Currently, Don is Owner and President of Haven Innovation a boutique OEM producing specialty products for the automotive, medical, and food service industries. Haven Innovation is located in Grand Haven, Michigan.
